Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, customers, dealers, and retailers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area.
  • Handle and record appointments, meetings, and schedules for the office.
  • Manage visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document handling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to relevant service desks when required.
  • Maintain Social Pages as needed
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Monitor schedules for appointments, meetings, and events
  • Pass on messages or highlight them for their manager's attention
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients

Educational Requirements

HSC or Equivalent Honours Degree

Good communication skills in English Experience with office equipment and digital files Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Experience in a similar role, such as reception, office assistant, or secretarial Knowledge of the technical aspects of a relevant industry Computer skills, including experience with programs like Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Other duties: Assisting with HR, finance, sales, and marketing Performing cold calling Following up services
