Job Responsibilities
- • Greet and welcome all visitors, customers, dealers, and retailers with professionalism and warmth.
- • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or team members.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area.
- • Handle and record appointments, meetings, and schedules for the office.
- • Manage visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document handling, data entry, and correspondence.
- • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to relevant service desks when required.
- • Maintain Social Pages as needed
- • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- • Monitor schedules for appointments, meetings, and events
- • Pass on messages or highlight them for their manager's attention
- • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
Educational Requirements
HSC or Equivalent Honours Degree
